has been updated with specifics on Unum Retiree benefits and contacts by
bands of retirement
year, thanks to Linda Levesque and Karen Kochjar of Unum HR. The change from
Anthem to UnitedHealthcare involved lots of details being addressed.
The benefits outlines are provided in PDF format
needing Adobe Reader to load.
Please have patience with the Under Age 65 UnitedHealthcare medical plan which
loads slowly due to the length of the document -- lots of details.
Elements of the Website include:

§ Benefits Contact Listing;
§ Basic Medical Plans Based on Year of Retirement;
§ Retiree Benefits Described on the Unum Website;
