There have been some changes to the Unum Volunteer Service Grant Program.  
The biggest change is that Unum will only issue checks during the first week of December.

 To report your hours for matching funds from Unum, you can still go to http://www.unumretirees.org/  for a form.  
Please complete the form and forward to Unum.
