A "Thank You" Note

  "I am writing to let all the Retirees know how lucky I am to be a part of the Unum family and a member of the LTC offered to me and my husband, Dwight.

  In November of 2012 it looked as if Dwight was going to be in need of LTC at a nursing facility.  I called Unum prior to his need and Gina Barnes in LTC
came to my aid with care and concern just as I needed help.  Gina indicated from the start that she remembered me and from many years ago-over 20.

Research was done in a timely manner by all the LTC team, including Dee Butland, and was in place for the help. However, Dwight passed away in late 
November and never knew how great everyone was for me and my family.

 I returned to Unum on July 17th and personally thanked Gina Barnes.
